Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Non-Delivery of Services: Clients are eligible for a full refund if the agreed-upon services are not delivered within the specified timeframe without prior notice or agreement.
• Substandard Performance: Clients may be eligible for a partial refund if the services provided significantly deviate from the agreed-upon standard or scope. Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of service delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Refunds will not be granted for changes in personal circumstances or preferences beyond our control.
• Completed Services: Once a service has been fully rendered as per the agreement, it is non-refundable. 

3. Refund Request Process

•  Submission: Clients must submit a refund request within 5 days of service delivery, detailing the reason for the request and any supporting evidence. 
• Review: Upon receipt, Summit Virtual Partners will review the request and may seek additional information. The review process will be completed within 15 business days.
• Decision: Clients will be notified in writing of the decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

4. Service Cancellation

• Before Commencement: Clients may cancel services before work begins for a full refund.
• After Commencement: If work has started, refunds will be assessed based on the proportion of work completed.

5. Billing Discrepancies

• Reporting: Clients must report any billing errors, such as overcharges or incorrect invoicing, within 30 days of the invoice date to be eligible for a refund. 
• Resolution: Confirmed billing errors will be corrected promptly, and any overpayments will be refunded within 10 business days.

6. Governing Law

This refund policy is governed by the laws of the state in which Summit Virtual Partners operates. Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
